STATON developed new types of coats

Development employees of STATON company have managed to develop low-temperature coats TiN and CrN, with temperature of coating up to 200°C. The coats were designed in order to increase operating life of parts made of steels with low tempering temperature. The coats are suitable for:
– coating the parts made of carburizing and bearing steels, e.g. bearings, reducers, bushes, hubs, gears, shafts …
– coating the parts made of steels for surface hardening, e.g.
bearings, reducers, bushes, hubs, gears, shafts …
-coating the tools made of steels with low tempering temperature,
e.g. punches, calibres, stamping dies, moulds, dies, bending dies, etc.
