We manufacture special carbide cutters tailored to customer requirements—available in various lengths and diameters, with different helix angles, Weldon shanks, undercuts, and with 2, 3, 4, or more teeth

We also produce solid carbide drills, including double- and triple-edged designs, stepped drills for pre-drilling under threads, as well as custom stepped drills and drills with internal cooling. All dimensions and angles are fully customizable to meet customer specifications.

STATON sharpens and manufactures solid cutting tools from sintered carbide (HM) and high-speed steel (HSS). The tools are ground on 5-axis CNC grinding machines from WALTER, including the Helitronick Power and Helitronick Power Production series.

We specialize in grinding custom milling and drilling tools with profile geometries tailored to the shape of the workpiece.
